Fritzing parts
Fritzing diagrams for Leaphy components
What is Fritzing?
Fritzing is a visual design program for electronics that exactly mimics the physical parts on a breadboard. It is the ideal digital bridge between tinkering with loose wires and an official schematic.
Students see exactly the same components on their screen as on their table, which lowers the barrier to electronics. It prevents errors and short circuits because they can first test their circuit digitally and document it clearly.
Manual
On the right, you will find a video with a manual on using Fritzing to create graphical circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams.
This includes installation, basic operation, and a step-by-step example.
Adding Leaphy parts
- Download the .fzpz file from the Leaphy site.
- In Fritzing, click on the menu under ‘Parts’, choose ‘Import’, and select the file.
- You can now find the Leaphy parts under the ‘Mine’ tab.
Downloads
Download the various Leaphy sensors, shields, and modules as Fritzing parts here and build your own connection diagram in Fritzing
